Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Funki Threads. Each item is printed on demand just for you, which helps us reduce waste and keep our designs fresh, meaningful, and made with care.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During busy seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been printed and shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:
- United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International orders: 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination country and local customs processing
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery times.
Free U.S. Shipping
We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders. Any available shipping rates for international orders will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International availability, shipping rates, and delivery estimates may vary by country and product.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless clearly stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow some time for the tracking link to update after it is created.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the print provider, product type, or fulfillment location. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@funkithreads.store
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address. Funki Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@funkithreads.store and we’ll help look into it. In some cases, we may ask you to contact the shipping carrier directly for additional delivery details.
