At Funki Threads, every item is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items
All Funki Threads apparel is custom printed when you order. This allows us to reduce waste and support music education with every purchase.
For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered

Change of mind

Color preference changes

Buyer’s remorse
Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will make it right.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number

Provide clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer either:

A replacement at no cost to you
or -
A refund to your original payment method
Do Not Send Items Back Without Approval
Because our products are fulfilled by our print partners, returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Order Issues
If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
